FOR PICNICS: To reserve your table, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be due to complete your booking. This will go toward your final balance. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to your event date. If you are booking the same week, your full balance is due at the time of booking. In the event of inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule within 90 days of your initial event date. Clients are responsible for securing an alternative location **in order to keep our equipment safe for everyone, we won't be able to book parties in homes/venues with smoking**
REMINDERS: For events outside of Plainfield up to 15 miles a travel fee will be added on. Please select the travel fee add-on during booking. This is a base rate. The exact fee will be calculated based upon mileage and sent with your final invoice/balance.
LARGE GROUPS: For groups larger than 10, please email info@nspiredevents.com.
